AI satire only. Not real people.

Kirkify outputs are labeled and watermarked by default. Do not use uploads to impersonate private individuals, remove disclosures, or mislead viewers. By continuing you agree to publish clearly as parody and keep at least one visible label.

AI Satire Safety Checklist for Kirkify Memes

Most ad networks reject AI meme sites because uploads are anonymous, disclosures are missing, and pages are thin. Kirkify was built for public-figure satire, so here is the exact safety checklist we apply before anything ships to the feed.

1) Verify the subject and the intent

Green lights we approve:

  • Public figures (politicians, hosts, celebrities) in a clearly satirical context.
  • Transformative edits that add commentary instead of impersonation (e.g., neon treatment + captions).
  • Clips that are already viral where you are adding critique or humor, not claiming to be the original.

Red flags we reject:

  • Private individuals, minors, or anyone in sensitive contexts (medical, legal, tragedy).
  • Harassment campaigns, coordinated brigading, or edits intended to deceive.
  • Anything that removes safety labels or watermarks to pass off AI as real footage.

2) Keep disclosures on every render

Every Kirkify export stamps an AI satire tag and a watermark. On paid tiers we let you remove the watermark, but we strongly recommend leaving at least one disclosure visible because platform policies (TikTok, Meta, X) all lean on the same rule: AI or synthetic media must be obvious to the viewer.

Practical placement tips:

  • Keep the satire label in a corner with contrast so it is readable in dark and light modes.
  • Avoid cropping the label when exporting 9:16, 1:1, or 16:9. Use our preset aspect ratios to preserve it.
  • If you add subtitles, don’t cover the watermark—stack them slightly higher instead.

3) Add minimal context in the caption

Short, factual context helps reviewers and viewers understand the intent. Example: “AI satire of the Charlie Kirk meme format. Original clip: IShowSpeed IRL stream, Sept 2025.” This is often enough to avoid “missing context” labels.

4) Respect platform-specific rules

Key checkpoints we follow when clients post:

  • TikTok: Turn on the “AI generated content” toggle and keep the satire label inside the frame.
  • X: Avoid using the same frame as the real person’s avatar to reduce impersonation reports.
  • Instagram/Threads: Do not pair AI voice clones with face swaps; that combination triggers stricter review.
  • YouTube Shorts: Include “synthetic satire” in the description and avoid reused music you don’t own.

5) Handle takedowns quickly

If a platform flags your post, respond with the disclosure details, source link, and your satire intent. Because Kirkify purges uploads within 24 hours (unless you save a preset), we can’t restore files later—keep your local copy.

6) Credit the spark

When your edit remixes an existing meme, credit the creator who first posted it. It keeps goodwill high and shows reviewers that you are adding commentary rather than stealing clout.

7) Keep a lightweight paper trail

What we store for support audits:

  • Upload metadata (size, timestamp, hash) for 24 hours to debug queue or abuse reports.
  • Rendered asset URL with watermark applied so we can confirm what was downloaded.
  • Support threads from support@kirkify.net so we can respond to disputes quickly.

The bottom line

AI satire survives moderation when the viewer is never confused. If your meme would make sense even with a bold “synthetic satire” sticker on top, you are in the clear. That is the bar we design Kirkify around.

“When in doubt, make the artificial nature impossible to miss. Reviewers reward clarity.” — Kirkify support playbook, November 2025
