Kirkify Terms of Service

The Kirkify generator lets creators remix public-figure memes while keeping watermarking and disclosures intact. These terms outline how the product can be used and what happens if someone abuses it.

Acceptance of terms

  • By accessing Kirkify.net or the Kirkify Generator Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
  • If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind the company to this agreement.

Use of the service

  • You may upload images you own or have the right to use. Public-figure satire is permitted; do not upload private individuals without consent.
  • Do not use Kirkify for harassment, targeted misinformation, or any illegal activity.
  • Watermarks and satire labels must remain intact unless you are on a paid tier that explicitly allows their removal.

Accounts & security

  • Accounts are optional for casual use but required for preset syncing, paid tiers, and API access.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying Kirkify immediately of unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or trigger repeated abuse reports.

Payments & refunds

  • Free usage remains $0 with watermark-on exports.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case when a technical issue prevents you from receiving the service purchased.

Intellectual property

  • You retain rights to your uploads. Kirkify receives a limited license to process, display, and deliver your renders.
  • Kirkify trademarks, logos, and the neon treatment remain our property. Do not repackage them as your own generator.

Limitation of liability

  • Kirkify is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

Changes to the terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product banners.
  • Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
