Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Kirkify credit packs, subscriptions, and AI render failures. It is written for customers, Stripe review, and advertising policy review, so the rules are intentionally clear and direct.

Quick summary

  • Kirkify sells digital AI media credits and subscriptions. Because credits can be used immediately to run GPU jobs, completed and successfully delivered renders are generally not refundable.
  • If a paid render fails because of a technical problem on our side, we automatically return the credit when possible. If that does not happen, contact us and we will review the order manually.

When refunds are available

  • Duplicate charges or accidental repeat purchases reported within 7 days.
  • Paid credits or subscription access that could not be delivered because of a Kirkify billing or account issue.
  • Technical failures where paid credits were consumed but no usable result was delivered and the credit was not automatically restored.

When refunds are not available

  • Successfully delivered AI renders, downloads, or completed GPU jobs.
  • Unused subscription time after cancellation, unless required by applicable law.
  • Outputs rejected because they violate Kirkify safety rules, platform policy, or prohibited-use restrictions.
  • Preference-based issues after the service was delivered, such as not liking a generated style, when the generation completed successfully.

Subscriptions and cancellation

  • You can cancel a subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • If you believe a renewal happened by mistake, email us within 7 days with the Stripe receipt or the email address used at checkout.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@kirkify.net with your checkout email, order ID or Stripe receipt, the plan purchased, and a short description of the issue.
  • We usually respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank or card processing time may vary.

Legal note

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If a local rule requires a different refund outcome, we will follow that rule.
