How Kirkify handles data

Kirkify only stores the data needed to process uploads, keep the queue healthy, and respond to your support requests. We do not rent, sell, or trade data with third parties.

Data we collect

  • Upload metadata (file size, format, timestamp) so we can render jobs and troubleshoot queue issues.
  • Basic device info (browser, OS, IP-derived country) used to enforce usage limits and detect fraud.
  • Support correspondence, including emails you send to support@kirkify.net and any form submissions you route to the team.

How we use it

  • Render and deliver the meme you requested, including applying the Kirkify watermark and safety label.
  • Maintain platform security by rate-limiting suspicious activity and blocking automated abuse.
  • Respond to customer support requests and inform you about feature updates when you opt in.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not train models on your private uploads. Rendered assets are purged within 24 hours unless you tap “save preset.”
  • We do not access your private files beyond what is required to process the meme you submitted.

Retention

  • Queued uploads are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
  • Support tickets remain for the lifetime of the account so we can resolve disputes.
  • Analytics data is stored in aggregate form only and purged every 12 months.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of your stored data by emailing support@kirkify.net from the account address.
  • Ask us to delete your account (and associated uploads) at any time. We honor requests within 7 days.
  • Opt out of product announcements by clicking the unsubscribe link or replying to the email.
